BUBBLY POP SHOTS

Makes about 2 dozen

3 envelopes unflavored gelatin>

2 cups sparkling wine,preferably prosecco>

3 tablespoons granulated sugar>

3 packets of Pop Rocks candy

  1. In a small saucepan,sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of the prosecco and let stand for 2 minutes.
